Ezekiel Elliott is officially a "non-report" at Cowboys Training Camp. The running back did not show up today and was not on the team charter to California yesterday. Executive Vice President Stephen Jones says there have been talks with Elliott's agent. Elliott has two years left on his rookie deal. Owner Jerry Jones said “We expect everybody that’s under contract to be here at camp.” The situation provides for Zeke to be fined, but Jones declines to say whether that will happen. Jones says they’ve dealt with these types of situations before. Stephen Jones pointed out they’ve gotten a lot of deals done with top players at camp in recent years.
