Texas Democrats are discussing what to do if ObamaCare is declared unconstitutional in its latest court challenge. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and officials from 17 other Republican-led states filed suit last year to overturn the 2010 law, which covers about a million Texans. At an event in Austin on Friday, the Texas Democratic Party suggested a special legislative session may be needed to deal with gaps in coverage if the law is struck down. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is considering the lawsuit.
