We've heard a lot about the dangers of those electric scooters, but in Dallas one rider took it to another level. Motorists were in shock as they spotted a man riding a scooter during the commute on I-35. A video shows the scooter rider on I-35 near the American Airlines Center. The freeway has a 70 mph speed limit, and the scooters top out at 17 mph. The rider was able to maneuver across several lanes of slow-moving traffic and exit the freeway unharmed. Representatives of the Lime scooter company are emphasizing that their scooters aren't allowed on highways.
