Worker of center for disease control describing effects of ebola virus mutation

The Texas Supreme Court will hear a lawsuit case involving a Dallas hospital where a nurse contracted Ebola on the job. Amber Vinson was exposed to the virus in 2014 while working at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. A few days later, she tried on a dress at an Ohio bridal and formal shop. She was diagnosed with Ebola after returning to Dallas. The dress shop is suing, claiming Vinson may have been contagious while at the store. The shop had to shut down and claims it lost thousands of dollars. The case will be heard on November 7th.
