Attorneys for a former Dallas cop accused of murder want the trial moved out of Dallas County. Amber Guyger's lawyers told a judge today their client will not be able to get a fair trial for the shooting of Botham Jean. Guyger lived on the floor below Jean and says she accidentally went to his apartment thinking it was her own last fall. She is supposed to go to trial in September.
