The man who kidnapped an eight-year-old girl in Fort Worth last month faces 20 years to life in prison after pleading guilty on Tuesday. Federal court filings say 51-year-old Michael Webb entered a guilty plea to a federal kidnapping charge. He also confessed to sexually assaulting the girl, so he faces state charges of child sexual assault as well. The terms of his plea deal say that Webb will have to register as a sex offender if he ever gets out of prison. No sentencing date has yet been scheduled.
