Indians Slam Rangers 10-3

Cleveland Indians v Texas Rangers

Jason Kipnis and Jose Ramirez each drove in three runs as the Indians routed the Rangers 10-3 in Arlington. In addition to Ramirez's three-run homer, Jake Bauers, Roberto Perez and Tyler Naquin went back-to-back-to-back in the seventh inning. Rookie Zach Plesac allowed one run and two hits over seven innings to pick up the win. The Indians won for the fourth time in five games. Willie Calhoun and Rougned Odor homered in defeat. Adrian Sampson allowed five runs, three earned, in three innings to take the loss. Texas is 5-and-4 in its last nine games.
