Houston Airport Getting Back To Normal After Storms

Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston is getting back to normal this morning after strong storms stranded hundreds of travelers overnight. Passengers had to sleep in chairs and even on the floor after a late night ground stop due to heavy overnight storms. Around 140 flights were cancelled and nearly 600 were delayed. FlightAware reports this morning around 90 flights have been cancelled and 100 are delayed. 

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport has about 135 flights cancelled and more than 160 delayed this morning. Nationwide, FlightAware reports more than 400 flights are cancelled and nearly 14-hundred delayed.
