Thousands Of Frozen Texas-made Breakfast Wraps Under Recall

The U.S. Department of Agriculture says thousands of frozen breakfast wraps are under recall. The USDA statement released Friday says Ruiz Foods Products in Denison, Texas issued the recall for the El Monterey brand frozen breakfast wraps that have bacon, egg, potato and cheese. The product may also contain bits of rock. Over two-hundred-46-thousand pounds of the recalled product made in January have since been distributed to stores all over the country. There is one report of a potential injury involving the breakfast wraps.
