The Bexar County Sheriff has announced they've identified the burned remains found on State Highway 211 in April. Sheriff Javier Salazar says the remains were identified as those of 39-year-old Norma Pacheco. Her death has been ruled a homicide, but no other details were released at this time. Officials believe her body had been at the location for a few weeks before being found. Her family identified her as transient and officials say no one had previously reported her missing.
