A San Antonio man is under arrest on claims he threatened a City Councilman's Office. Police say Nathan Harrell became threatening during a call to Councilman Clayton Perry's office last week. Police say the 30-year-old wanted a face-to-face meeting with Perry and claimed to have access to body armor and guns. He's charged with terrorist threat.
