The National Weather Services has now confirmed that a storm that left damage in the Copperas Cove area was caused by an EF-2 tornado. Nearly 200 homes were damaged and many trees knocked down. Residents spent the day making temporary repairs and surveying the damage. Luckily there were no reports of serious injury.
