Baby King Jay's Siblings Ordered Returned To Maternal Grandparents

Baby King Jay Davila's five brothers are being returned to their maternal grandparents by court order. In a hearing on Thursday, a judge ordered that four of the kids, ages two to eight, were to be returned to their grandparents immediately. A fifth child, a baby, is to be returned by this weekend. The children's mother, Jasmine Gonzales, agreed with the order. So did the three fathers of the five kids, including King Jay's father, Martin Gonzalez, who phoned in his testimony from prison. Child Protective Services took the kids into custody after eight-month-old King Jay was found in a shallow grave.
