Actor and comedian Tim Conway has died at the age of 85. Conway's representative said he died today in Los Angeles from water on the brain.
Conway gained a national following from his role as the bumbling, naive Ensign Charles Parker, Executive Officer of the World War II PT-73, in the 1960's sitcom McHale's Navy. He may best be known for starring in The Carol Burnett Show and also starred in a number of Disney films in the 1970's, including The Shaggy D.A. and The Apple Dumpling Gang.
