Comptroller To Give $868M In Sales Tax Revenue To Cities, Counties

Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar is planning to give cities and counties more than 800-million dollars total in sales tax revenue. Hegar announced the allocations today, saying it's almost a percent more than this time last year. Transit Systems and Special Purpose Taxing Districts are also going to be receiving money.
