It's been six years since a fertilizer plant exploded in the Texas city of West, just north of Waco, that left 15 dead and nearly 200 injured. The City of West Fallen Heroes Memorial landmark was dedicated yesterday, showcasing the brave responders who sacrificed their lives. Governor Greg Abbott commended the unity of West following the disaster. He said that even though the explosion has left West scarred, the resolve of the people has never been stronger.
