You may have seen a photo being shared on Facebook and Twitter claiming to be a photo of a tornado that hit Franklin, Texas today. The National Weather Service says it's an optical illusion and the photo does not show the tornado.
The National Weather Service went to Twitter to say what appears to be a tornado is actually a reflection of a white object on a car's dashboard. NWS said, "While a significant tornado did occur, spotters reported it was completely shrouded in rain."
