Now that the AAF has suspended operations and along with it the operations of the San Antonio Commanders, the Alamodome has released information on how to receive ticket refunds.
For Fans Who Purchased Tickets at the Alamodome Box Office
Commanders fans that purchased tickets and/or parking from the Alamodome Box Office windows for the April 6 game are asked to bring their tickets back to the Alamodome Box Office for a refund. The refund total will be issued back to the original method of payment. Fans that purchased with a credit card will need to bring the same credit card to the Box Office. For convenience, the Alamodome Box Office will be open Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 6, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
For Fans Who Purchased Tickets Through Ticketmaster
Tickets purchased online or over the phone from Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded to your credit card. Ticketmaster refunds are currently being processed.
For Fans Who Purchased TIckets Through The San Antonio Commanders
As soon as information is available, the Alamodome will advertise the refund process for game tickets and/or parking purchased through the Commanders website or Commanders phone room.
