A deadly fire at a large chemical plant near Houston is now out. One person was killed and two others were critically injured in an explosion and fire at the KMCO facility in Crosby. At an afternoon news conference, company president and CEO John Foley extended his condolences to the families of all those impacted. Foley said his company makes fuel additives and the EPA has not detected any air quality issues around the complex. He also noted the shelter in place order has been lifted. Foley said an investigation is underway into the accident and vowed steps will be taken to ensure it won't happen again.
