Police in Aurora, Illinois, say five people are dead in today's shooting at a manufacturing warehouse. Aurora police chief Kristen Ziman remarked that police engaged the shooter and killed him. Ziman also remarked that responding police officers immediately came under fire when they arrived at the scene, and five officers were struck and wounded. Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker offered his gratitude to the officers and his condolences to the families of those who were killed.
