Punxsutawney Phil Predicts Early Spring

Punxsutawney Phil is predicting an early spring. Handlers say the famed Pennsylvania groundhog didn't see his shadow this morning when he emerged from his burrow on Gobbler's Knob in ten-degree weather. It's just the 19th time he's predicted an early spring in the 133-year-old tradition. If Phil had seen his shadow, tradition holds we'd be in for six more weeks of winter.
