Former Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary and former San Antonio mayor Julian Castro says President Trump's border wall would change America.
Castro, who is running for President in 2020, made the comments on CNN's State of the Union. He said if the wall gets built, it would change the notion of America from the Statue of Liberty that stands for freedom and welcomes immigrants to a nation that literally walls itself off. He says he believes a wall as defined by Trump would be immoral.
