There is a report this morning that the Transportation Security Administration will be able to get some money to employees who have been working without pay since December. NBC News reports the TSA chief says the agency has found a way to partially pay employees who worked from December 23rd through January 5th. The partial government shutdown began December 22nd and 800-thousand federal employees have been furloughed or working without pay since then. Most of those 800-thousand federal workers will miss another payday today, the 35th day of the longest government shutdown in U.S. history.
