Tourists who are looking for new experiences on a budget may soon be flocking to Alamo City.
San Antonio made Forbes’ 18 Best Budget Travel Destinations for 2019. The list names several landmarks and attractions to visit including the River Walk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and San Fernando Cathedral.
Forbes also said San Antonio is a great destination for foodies as well. Visitors can indulge themselves in several Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican spots across the city. The Farmer’s Market at the Pearl Brewery also received a special mention as a great place for visitors to explore.
