'Witness' in Baby's Disappearance Located

San Antonio Police overnight located a woman they described as a 'potential witness' in the ongoing disappearance of eight month old King Jay Davila, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

"Detectives think Savannah Ozuna may have information related to the case," police said in a statement.

Police didn't say what informaion the woman may have, or what her relationship, if any, is to Angie Torres and Chris Davila, two people who are in custody in connection with the tragic case.

The baby was reported missing Friday night in what police were told was the theft of the car he was in, when his father Chris left the vehicle running to go inside a store on Enrique Barrera Parkway on the west side.  A woman, now identified as Torres, was seen in surveillance video walking toward the car, getting in, and driving away.

Police now say Torres and Davila are cousins, and the entire thing was a 'set up' to cover up 'foul play done to King Jay Davila,' and they don't think the baby was in the car as Chris Davila had claimed.

So far, no word on the baby's whereabouts, but volunteer organizations which train and handle dogs which are trained to sniff out human remains have been called in.
