The Lakers erased an eight-point deficit in the fourth quarter as they battled past the Spurs 121-113 in Los Angeles. LeBron James piled up 42 points, including 20 in the fourth. Kyle Kuzma posted 22 points and nine rebounds for LA, while Lonzo Ball chipped in with 14 points and nine dimes. Brandon Ingram left in the first quarter with an ankle injury and did not return. The Lakers are riding a four-game win streak. DeMar DoRozan racked up 32 points for San Antonio and Rudy Gay added 31. The Spurs have lost four-of-five to fall to 11-and-14.
