A 23 year old is charged with intoxication manslaughter in the death of a woman in a northeast side three vehicle pileup overnight, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say Jennifer White, 33, was stopped at a red light on Perrin-Beitel Rd. just north of Wurzbach Parkway when a Toyota Tacoma smashed into the back of her stopped vehicle, shoving the car into a Ryder truck.
White was pinned in her mangled Mazda and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Tacoma, Dakota Blaine Lovelace, 33, was determined to be intoxicated and is held on $30,000 bond.Lovelace is hospitalized with non life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Ryder truck was not hurt.
