The Clippers blew a 10-point fourth-quarter lead, but still prevailed over the Spurs 116-111 in Los Angeles. Lou Williams scored a team-high 23 points to help the Clips pull away. Danilo Gallinari poured in 19 for LA, which improved to 9-and-5 overall and 7-and-1 at the Staples Center. DeMar DeRozan put up 34 points for his hometown crowd, but the Spurs fell to 7-and-7. Rudy Gay scored 19 for the Spurs, who are 2-and-5 on the road.
