U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions says the suspect in the series of suspected explosive devices is accused of five federal crimes punishable by up to 58 years in prison. Sessions said the charges include making threats against former presidents and other officials, as well as assault. FBI Director Chris Wray says the suspect, Cesar Sayoc Junior, was identified through fingerprint and DNA analysis.
