Police say a 45 year old man accused a 25 year old man of stealing his cell phone, as both were attending an event at the bridge, which is known for dining, street concerts, and other activities.

The two men fought, and the older man stabbed the younger man at least once in the stomach.

The older man ran away, but the problem was, the victim went home and waited two hours before he called for help.

By the time EMS arrived, the victim was weak from blood loss and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
