Republican Senator Ted Cruz says there's a clear choice before Texas voters this coming election. Speaking at a rally in Houston, Cruz described it as a choice between continuing prosperity, or turning back to Obama-era stagnation. He also described it as a choice between "jobs or mobs," and defending freedom or giving in to tyranny. President Trump also spoke at the rally as Cruz vies to defend his seat from Democratic Senate candidate at Beto O'Rourke. Trump and Cruz were at each other's throats in 2016, when both were vying for the Republican presidential nomination. Since then, Cruz has said it'd be wrong for him to hold a grudge, and that the people of Texas want him to work with the President.
