Texans top the Bills 20-13

Jonathan Joseph took an interception 28 yards for the winning touchdown with 1:23 left to play as the Texans edged the Bills 20-13 in Houston.  Ka'imi Fairbairn tied the game 11 seconds earlier on a field goal for the Texans.   Deshaun Watson played with a bruised lung and threw a touchdown and two  interceptions in the win.  Kareem Jackson's interception with 35  seconds left iced the game as Houston won its third straight.  Buffalo  rookie Josh Allen left in the third quarter with an elbow injury, and  Nathan Peterman threw the two costly interceptions in his place.  The  Bills fell to 2-and-4.
