New Allegations Emerge Against Brett Kavanaugh

Kavanaugh

A new allegation of sexual misconduct  against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is emerging. The New Yorker reports a woman named Deborah Ramirez claims Kavanaugh exposed  himself in front of her at a party when he was a freshman at Yale  University.  Ramirez says the incident happened at a drunken dorm room  party.  Kavanaugh said in a statement that the incident did not happen  and called the allegation a "smear, plain and simple."  A White House  statement also called it a "coordinated smear campaign by the Democrats.

Meanwhile, the lawyer for adult film star Stormy Daniels says he's representing a woman who has information about Kavanaugh.  Attorney Michael Avenatti tweeted that  his client has "credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark  Judge."  Dr. Christine Blasey Ford claims Judge was in the room when  Kavanaugh pinned her down and groped her when they were teens.  Avenatti  says he'll be demanding to present testimony to the Senate Judiciary  Committee and added that Kavanaugh's nomination should be withdrawn.   Avenatti also made it clear that his client is not a woman who came  forward in The New Yorker magazine with a second allegation of sexual  misconduct against Kavanaugh.
