Former Spur David West is calling it a career after winning a pair of championships with the Warriors. West announced on Instagram Thursday that he is retiring from the NBA following 15 seasons. The 38-year-old won back-to-back titles with Golden State over the last two years. He also spent time with the Spurs and Pacers after playing his first eight seasons with New Orleans, which drafted him 18th overall in 2003.
