As many as 200-thousand people are expected in Milwaukee later this week for Harley-Davidson's 115th anniversary celebration. The company will hold the party at 28 venues around the city. Marketing manager Chris Urban says they've been planning the five-day celebration for the past 20 months. The event is free, unlike the 110th anniversary where Harley charged participants up to 250-dollars.
