Marwin Gonzalez hit a grand slam in the fifth inning as the Astros hammered the Angels 9-3 in Anaheim. Jose Altuve also went deep in the winning effort and Carlos Correa gave Houston a 6-0 lead with a solo-shot in the seventh. Dallas Keuchel tossed seven innings of two-run ball to get the win as the Astros improved to 78-and-50. Taylor Ward broke up the shut-out for Los Angeles with a two-run homer in the seventh inning. Andrew Heaney gave up five runs over six frames to take the loss. The Halos suffered their fourth straight defeat.
