Accused 'Serial Flasher' Arrested

San Antonio Police have arrested a man they describe as a 'serial flasher,' News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

Terrence Palumbo, 27, who managed to keep his pants on as he was 'perp walked' out of Police Headquarters, is facing seven count of indecent exposure.

Police spokeswoman Jennifer Rodriguez says Palumbo was arrested at a home near Loop 410 and Marbach.  Marijuana plants were also found at the home and Palumbo is facing those charges as well.

"All these victims were female, they were all adults, they w ere just going about their daily business," Rodriguez said.  "Incidents happened in a parking lot, at speed on a highway, if you can imagine that."

One of the alleged incidents of exposure happened as Palumbo was in the drive through lane at a local fast food restaurant, and he allegedly flashed the woman at the window.

"We are very grateful that our officers were able to arrest him without incident, before he did something like this to children," Rodriguez said.

Palumbo declined to speak to reporters, and Rodriguez said detectives are not commenting about what Palumbo said about why he did it.
