Police Seek Suspect in H-E-B Parking Lot Incident

Police are looking for a man who backed into a employee who was stacking shopping carts in an H-E-B parking lot, threw his car into drive, and sped away, leaving the guy lying in the parking lot with a broken arm, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

It happened at the H-E-B on Nogalitos, just southwest of downtown.

Police say the man was busy collecting stray carts and bringing them back to the store when he was hit by the driver.  He broke his left arm in the incident.
