Mariners Rally Past Astros

Nelson Cruz doubled in the go-ahead runs in the eighth inning as the Mariners knocked off the Astros 5-2 in Houston.  Mitch Haniger and Denard Span plated runs for Seattle  in the sixth to tie it at two. Kyle Seager added insurance with a RBI  groundout in the eighth.  Mike Leake tossed six innings of two-run ball  to get the win and Edwin Diaz notched his major league-leading 44th  save.  Gerrit Cole was tagged for four runs in seven-and-a-third frames  to take the loss.  Tony Kemp and Alex Bregman drove in runs in the fifth  for Houston.
