A motorcyclist was killed this morning in a two vehicle accident on I-10 at Camp Bullis Rd. on the far west side, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the cyclist was traveling westbound at a high rate of speed when he made several attempts to get around vehicles, weaving in and out of traffic.
When the cyclist attempted to exit I-10 onto Camp Bullis Rd, w work van was already in the exit lane. The motorcyclist tried to pass the van in the exit lane, but clipped the van, spun out of control, and was ejected from the motorcycle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Nobody in the van was hurt and no charges will be filed.
