An argument over a woman landed a west side man in the hospital, and another man is on the run from police, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The two men got into the argument about 2:30 this morning in the 1500 block of Southwest 19th Street, which is near Laredo Street.
When the woman they were arguing over arrived at the location, a 30 year old man pulled a handgun and shot the other man twice.
The 35 year old victim was hit in the throat and in the back. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.The second man jumped into his car and sped away, but police say they know who he is.
Detectives didn't know what the relationship is between the two men, or which of them, if either, had a relationship with the woman they were arguing about.T
