A skateboarder is the latest victim of a hit and run driver on San Antonio streets, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the man in his late twenties was skateboarding on Jones-Maltsburger Rd. near McAllister Park about 10:30 Wednesday night when a vehicle came up behind him, ran him over, and then sped away.
The man was found by a passerby sprawled in a pool of blood in the middle of the street. He was rushed to University Hosptial in extremely critical condition with multiple injuries.
Nobody saw the vehicle that hit the victim, which sped away.
