The Astros launched three consecutive home runs in the sixth inning as the romped past the Rays 5-1 in Houston. George Springer, Alex Bregman, and Jose Altuve homered back-to-back-to-back to put the 'Stros up for good in the sixth. Altuve also homered in the fourth as Houston notched its 50th win of the season. Charlie Morton worked six innings to earn the victory. Nathan Eovaldi gave up all four homers to take the loss for Tampa Bay. Mallex Smith scored the Rays' run on a throwing error.
