Four-alarm apartment fire in Austin displaces 30 residents

A four-alarm fire in Austin has displaced 30 residents. 

The fire at the Mission James Apartments in the 4000 block of Victory Drive broke out Tuesday afternoon. 

Fire investigators ruled the cause as accidental, caused by improperly discarded smoking material on a second-floor exterior balcony.
