Trump Likely To Support End To Federal Pot Ban

Trump

The President is signaling his support for changing the nation's pot laws.  As he headed to the G7 summit in Canada yesterday, Trump said he would "probably" back new legislation to  end the federal ban on marijuana.  The bill would not legalize  marijuana but would allow states to set their own rules on the issue.   The President's support of the bill comes as a blow to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who strongly supports enforcing federal drug laws.
