A teacher in Indiana is being called a hero for stopping a school shooting. Science teacher Jason Seaman was shot three times as he tackled a male student who opened fire with a handgun Friday at Noblesville West Middle School. The former college football player tweeted that he is in good condition after surgery at an Indianapolis hospital. One of his students was also wounded. Police are not releasing details about the suspect being held in the shooting. Seaman is a former defensive lineman at Southern Illinois University. His mother posted on Facebook that he is recovering following surgery.
