For the first time in team history, the Phoenix Suns will have the top pick in next month's NBA Draft. The Suns earned the right by winning Tuesday's Draft Lottery. The Sacramento Kings will pick second, followed by the Atlanta Hawks. The Kings and Hawks both jumped into the top-three despite finishing with the seventh and third-worst records in the NBA, respectively. That bumped the Memphis Grizzlies down to number-four, while the Dallas Mavericks dropped to fifth.
