North Korea may pull out of the summit with the U.S. if Washington insists the North gives up its nuclear program. State media cited North Korea's foreign affairs vice minister as saying they would reconsider participating in the summit between President Trump and Kim Jong Un if the U.S. demands unilateral denuclearization for the North. The statement added that Trump would remain "a failed president" if he follows in the footsteps of his predecessors. The statement comes after the North reportedly threatened to pull out of the upcoming summit over planned military exercises between the U.S. and South Korea.
