A knife attack in Paris is being investigated as a terror attack. One person was killed and four injured when a man attacked people with a knife Saturday evening in the Opera district. Police say two of the victims are in serious condition. Officers fatally shot the attacker and witnesses say he allegedly yelled the Arabic phrase, "Allah Akbar," which means God is great. ISIS is claiming responsibility for the attack.
