A mobile home in Elmendorf was destroyed by fire this morning, officials tell News Radio 1200 WOAI.
By the time crews arrived at the home in the 23000 block of Fawn Trail, which is near I-37 and Priest Road, it was fully engulfed in flames.
Crews were worried that there were cars in the driveway, but two searches of the home turned up nobody inside.
Two dogs that were inside the mobile home were rescued.
No word on a cause.
